NCF COVID-19 Response and Reopening Plan

1. PPE
● Face Masks are required for everyone attending and involved in the service (exceptions for those under 2 and medical conditions that would prevent them from wearing a mask).
● Staff and Worship team will wear masks except for when they are singing and speaking from the platform.

2. On Location Policy and Procedures
● We will hold two 45 minute services (9am and 10:15am). Sign up procedure will be used to determine who will go to what service.
● Each service will include a 50 person gathering in the sanctuary and children’s church downstairs. (Kids will check in and be picked up at the rear entrance.) Staff and Worship Team will not be counted towards the total number of people attending.
● We will have no bulletins or coffee/refreshments.
● There will be no greeting time for congregation to hug or shake hands
● Everyone in the service will be encouraged to observe social distancing at all times.
● If weather allows we will fellowship outside to provide more space for social distancing and fresh air.
● Hand Sanitizer will be available in the lobby and in the sanctuary.
● Family will be encouraged to sit together at a safe distance from other families as best we can.
● Offering will be taken at the end of service as the congregation leaves using the offering box at the back of the sanctuary. Along with the other methods of tithing.

3. Hygiene
● Hand Sanitizer and masks will be available in the lobby and sanctuary.
● Tissues and trash cans are available throughout the facility.
● Staff and volunteers will be required to wash or sanitize their hands before and after each service.
● On Communion Sunday the juice and bread will be set on the chairs in a prepackaged communion packs.

4. Symptom Monitoring and Incident Reporting
● If you are sick please do not come to church but tune in online. If a family member in your household is sick, we would ask that you watch online as well.
● Should someone who has attended a service that was positive for Covid-19, everyone on our contact list will be notified.
● Local health officials will also be contacted if we become aware that someone in our service is positive for Covid-19.
● The identity of the person will not be shared with anyone in the congregation.
● We will have a voluntary sign-up sheet at the front door for attenders to sign for contact tracing purposes. This log will be kept for 2 weeks.

5. Children's Ministry
● Please take the temperature of your child prior to children's church. Thermometers are available at NCF.
● Children’s Ministry is available for ages 2yrs - 5th grade. No nursery available at this time.
● All ages enter and exit through the back door (on the northeast side of the building).
