Our Story

How it all started...

The story of New Creation Fellowship begins with Trinity Baptist Church. After TBC staff returned from a prayer summit in Oregon in May of 2000, they were convinced that God was calling them to plant a church.  After seeing God's direction and praying about the church plant, the process began.

Marc and Trudi Curnutt were appointed by the CBNW as official church planters in May of 2001.  Twelve families from TBC committed to being part of a core group that would help plant New Creation Fellowship in the Midway area of North Spokane. On November 10, 2002, NCF was born and we had our first service.  The vision then and now continues to be reaching people with the gospel in the North Spokane area.

Expanding the vision...

In February 2008, Fairwood Community Church and New Creation Fellowship merged together to form a new community of believers who are now seeking to reach people for Christ on Farwell Road.  We are very excited to see how God is going to continue use this  merged community of believers to make history in North Spokane.

Growing into the Future...

Over the last 18 years of ministry in the North Spokane area, NCF has grown from the original 42 attenders to over 480 people who call NCF their church home.  New Creation has over 35 ministries that are all designed to encourage people to fulfill God's purposes in their lives.

We are excited about further ministry opportunities with the completion of our new building!
